    Hi,

The nerves are natural! You'd be strange if you didn't get them. I found the best thing was finding good support, which I still get now at www.minimins.com in the surgical weight loss section. Also, reading and researching so I was as prepared as possible.

You'll be fine, and better still, you'll be slimmer and health more…

    hey Shel

Been a while since you updated this and I was just wondering how you are doing. I've been there and let me tell you, you will get over it. Please confide in your husband. My husbad is my bigegst supporter and my bet friend. If I couldn't have vented to him throughout the process, I might have gone bonkers by now.

oh, Shel, that is really terrible. You can't let food control you this way. You have to eat to sustain yourself, you don't have to enoy or even like it but please do eat. You have re-gained control over food since you had surgery, don't let it back in your head again. Please call me if you want to talk. more…

Been there, done that. In my head, I am still the obese person I was 2 years ago. Then, I look in the mirroror get complimented and am shocked. The loose skin definitely does not help at all - the skin on the tummy, the skin on my upper arms, the skin on the thighs ... where did all this damn skin come from? lol

The hubby means well bu more…

Yes, it's listed in one of the early blog posts on here. They wanted me to do an 800cal one which I did for 3 days but didn't get on with. I swapped over to the milk diet which I found far easier.

My PCT want you to have a BMI of 26, and they take into account the weight of the excess skin with this, so if your BMI is 27 but the skin more…

Ooh blimey lots of questions lol, here goes :)

Kitten, just keep your focus on the end result, shrinking that liver! Imagine getting out of surgery and being told that they haven't done anything as your liver was too big! Believe me it happens! I don't think any food is worth that risk. Drink plenty of fluids as it helps ease the head more…
